✅ Punch + Kick Combinations — linking hand strikes with basic kicks for fluid attacks. Example: Front Stance → Jab → Reverse Punch → Front Kick. 🥊🦵

✅ Movement Integration — stepping into stance while throwing techniques so you don’t just “stand and punch,” but move like a martial artist. 🌀

Sample Combo Drills for Class #5
1️⃣ Basic Attack Flow
- Step into Front Stance → Jab → Reverse Punch → Front Kick → Reset.
- Do 10 reps per side.
2️⃣ Defend & Counter Flow
- Low Block → Reverse Punch → Step Back → Side Kick.
- Do 8 reps per side (slow first, then faster).
3️⃣ Kick Extension Flow
- Roundhouse Kick → Land in Horse Stance → Double Punch.
- 5 sets × 5 reps per leg.
