1. Make the Meat Sauce:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
- Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes and seasoning.
- Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper.
2. Make the Béchamel Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually add warm milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
