Here’s what we’ll focus on today:

✅ Refining Stances & Balance
At Green Belt, your stances should feel natural. We’ll drill transitions between Front Stance, Back Stance, and Horse Stance. Smooth movement = fluid technique. Think of it like flowing water — strong, adaptable, unstoppable. 💧

✅ Kick Precision
We’ll take your Front Kick, Side Kick, and Roundhouse to the next level by focusing on accuracy and recoil speed. Remember: a well-placed kick is always more effective than a wild, powerful one. 🎯🦵

✅ Combination Drills
