  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: a dash of lemon juice or chili flakes for extra flavor

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper (add lemon juice if desired).

2. Assemble the Sandwich:

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place one slice, buttered side down, on a skillet or pan.
  3. Layer in order: one slice of cheese, mashed avocado, crispy bacon, second slice of cheese.
