Taekwondo – Green Belt Follow Along – Class 1

Welcome back, warriors! 👊
If you’ve reached Green Belt, congratulations — you’ve already built a solid foundation in Taekwondo. Now it’s time to step into the intermediate level, where technique, focus, and precision matter even more. 🚀

In this very first Green Belt class, we’ll explore:

✅ New Poomsae (Forms) – Forms are like the “language” of Taekwondo. For Green Belt, you’ll begin practicing Taegeuk 3 (Sam Jang), which emphasizes balance, coordination, and stronger stances. Each movement tells a story of discipline and power. 🌀

✅ Stronger Techniques – We’ll sharpen the kicks you already know (front, side, roundhouse) and add more complexity, such as the back kick (Dwi Chagi) and inner/outer blocks. These moves test your control, accuracy, and explosiveness. 🦵⚡

✅ Drills for Timing & Flow – As you move up, it’s not just about single techniques, but about how you link them together. We’ll practice combination drills like jab-cross → roundhouse kick and block → counterpunch → side kick. 🔁

Here’s what I want you to remember:

💡 Intermediate training is about refinement. At White Belt you learned the basics. At Green Belt, you must show control, confidence, and consistency. Don’t rush the moves—focus on clean lines, strong chambers, and sharp energy.

And of course, Taekwondo at this level is still about health and mindset:

💪 Build endurance
🧘‍♀️ Train focus and patience
🔥 Develop explosive strength with clean form

👉 So grab your gear, tie that Green Belt tight, and let’s dive into this first class together. Remember — every stance, kick, and block you practice now lays the groundwork for your journey toward advanced levels.

See you on the mat, Green Belts! ✨🥋
