Today, in our very first Blue Belt class (Part 1), we’re going to expand on those basics, introduce new forms, and prepare your body and mind for the next level of discipline and power.


What You’ll Learn in This Class 📘⚡

✅ New Forms (Poomsae) – At Blue Belt, we begin learning more advanced patterns. These forms will challenge your coordination, timing, and rhythm. They’re not just movements — they’re a living textbook of Taekwondo philosophy and technique. 📖✨

✅ Strengthening the Basics – Just because you’ve reached Blue Belt doesn’t mean we leave the fundamentals behind. In fact, this is where we refine them — sharper stances, cleaner kicks, stronger punches, and tighter blocks. Every small adjustment makes you more powerful. 💪🔥
